I would just like to say a really big thank you for my children’s letters from Santa. Both were amazing and is clearly the best letters I have ever had. My 9 year old loved her, so very personal to her and the baby’s first Christmas was delightful and though he does not understand now I will keep and read to him when he is older. Your letter arrived this morning and Abigail's face was a picture. She could not believe how much you knew about her and how Rudolph knew our Dog Alfie.
